Ron Oastler

Ron has held senior line and staff positions in a variety of functions and has been involved in education, training and development for over thirty years.

His operational management experience with IBM Australia/New Zealand includes:

• Technical Services at Branch, District and National Office levels
• Direct Sales at Branch Office / State level
• Corporate Communications at National level
• Executive and Management Development at National level
• Government Relations at National level

He therefore brings a very practical approach to both consulting and training for both professionals and managers.

Extensive personal development as a consultant & trainer has come through the five day Trainer Development Program, conducted by the US Systems Science Institute - and the one month Management Development Managers Program run in Blaricum, Holland.

Ron has conducted training and development seminars for CEO's and company directors, through to front-line managers, supervisors and professional staff in many of the top corporations in Australasia and South East Asia.
He has also provided consulting and training to a variety of business sizes, translating the keys to corporate success into mid-range and smaller businesses. He is very well accepted with a wide range of audiences.

His consultancy provides a range of services covering strategic planning and development, through to business and personal effectiveness programs.
