Peter Lees is the CEO and founder of Sharpening Stone Enterprises; an executive coaching business focused on the medium sized services and technology market. The company specialises in providing the necessary catalysts for change within its clients while supporting this with senior management mentoring to facilitate the change. With over twenty years background in the computer industry Peter brings a wide range of experience in this market segment. His experiences include mainframes, outsourcing, software development, PC's and a range of Internet related activity.

Having started his career in IBM, he has established and run application software companies, served as a senior manager at Computer Sciences of Australia, a director at Wang Laboratories and as Australasia CEO for Gateway. He currently holds Non-executive director or advisory roles with a number of both startup and well-established organisations ranging in size from half a million to over $100 million in annual revenues.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science from Sydney University, is a graduate of the Penn State Executive Program (USA), Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and has been involved in a range of corporate acquisitions, mergers and disposals during his career, both in Australia and overseas. He also brings extensive experience in startup and company accelerator activity in Australia and internationally having established a number of new ventures for multinational organisations.
