Mark Napper

Mark is the executive responsible for management and supply of the Kaizen based programs offered by Sharpening Stone.

Mark is a senior executive with extensive experience in general management, mergers, corporate reorganisations, import/export, product branding, business relationship development and commodities and foreign exchange trading. He has strong financial and international business acumen; expertise in change management, strategic planning, team building, business and market development in both the domestic and export markets.

Mark has worked in both the private and public sector in small and large organisations including seven years with a major Australian accounting firm in their corporate recovery and insolvency division. Experience with the public sector has enabled Mark to develop strong networks in and an understanding of the workings of the Commonwealth Government and has accompanied ministers on trade missions and participated in trade committees.

Mark has been responsible for the implementation of ISO 9002 quality management systems. Mark serves on a number of international committees and is a regular presenter at major international conferences.

Mark has a Bachelor of Arts (in Financial Management), an MBA and is a Fellow of the Certified Public Accounts Association and the Australian Institute of Management.
